I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
My practice specializes in treating individuals and groups. I offer remote sessions for individuals and small groups.
Treatment approaches (such as Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Based and Client Centered Therapy) are used to assist clients in coping with both underlying and clearly visible stressors in a more positive, mindful and hopeful way… while creating gradual, comfortable change in their lives.
Supportive groups led by credentialed professionals. Members with similar issues come together to share feelings, life’s challenges and coping strategies. A group helps its participants feel more empowered with a sense of community where one does not feel alone in their endeavors.
